Handling the Paperwork

We know that finances are important to our patients, so we will explain your options in detail. For initial and maintenance appointments, we expect payment at the time of service. We will gladly file your insurance forms so that you receive the reimbursements for these visits.

For major restorative services, Dr. Martin will discuss your treatment plan beforehand, and we will send it to the insurance company for a predetermination of benefits. Once we receive their estimate, we can help you determine the best option for paying any remaining balance.
